Error message in my Panda 2013: Update not performed! The product installed is not the same as the contracted product

When updating the solution, a message is displayed indicating that the product installed is not the same one as the contracted product.
You have renewed your subscription and switched to a new Panda 2013 product but the previous one is still installed.
Download the new Panda 2013 antivirus, uninstall the previous product, install the new version and configure the automatic updates of your new antivirus.
Step 1: Download the new Panda 2013 product
To do this, click the Download button and save the executable file of your product to the Desktop.
Step 2: Uninstall the previous product
Before installing the new software, you must uninstall the program you have on your computer. To do this, go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, select your antivirus and click Remove.
Step 3: Install the new Panda 2013 product
Double-click the downloaded file GP13.exe for Panda Global Protection 2013, IS13.exe for Panda Internet Security 2013 and AP13.exe for Panda Antivirus Pro 2013 to proceed with the installation of your antivirus. Restart the computer when the process has finished.
